These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the bigECOs website at bigecos.com and the Echo software application at app.bigecos.com (together, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Echo is an AI-powered sales reference intelligence tool that analyses prospect company profiles and matches them against a user-supplied customer reference list to generate scored reference recommendations and sales talking points ("the Service"). The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis.
To access the Service you must register for an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
The Service is offered under the following plans:
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with not less than 30 days written notice to existing subscribers.
Pro and Enterprise subscription fees are payable in advance. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your nominated payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
Where we offer a free trial period for a paid plan, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
You retain ownership of all customer and prospect data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and that you have the right to upload and process it.
We will not sell, share or disclose Your Content to third parties except as required to provide the Service or as required by law.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate reference match scores and sales talking points. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any content before using it in a commercial context.
We aim to provide the Service with high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, upgrades or to address security concerns.
Your access to bigecos.com is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the website without notice.
You may not use the website to transmit unsolicited commercial communications, transmit malware or harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any connected server or database.
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solid Contracts Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) GBP 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data. We are committed to compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Free plan users may participate in the bigECOs referral programme. Referral bonuses are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Upon termination you may request an export of Your Content within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
